Dinner with Chef Simon
Simon loves cooking and creating new dishes, mixing local specialities with recipes from other countries, like his Poulet Catalan.
He cooks seven nights a week, with local, seasonal produce and local wine. Dinner is served in the courtyard or in the Art Nouveau dining room.
